Online Food Safety Course
Available online, our Esky e-learning "Food Safety Level Two" course is ideal for anyone requiring the basic level of food safety training: food handlers, waiters, kitchen assistants, chefs and sampling staff at food and drink events.
Our online Food Safety training is aimed at large or small businesses and individual users. The course content is audited by independent Environmental Health Officers and mapped to National Occupational Standards.
The course covers areas such as personal hygiene, food poisoning, cleaning and law. On passing the online assessment at the end of the course, a certificate can be printed by the individual to show that the required standard of knowledge has been reached. Course notes are also available upon completion.
